Had an excellent time attending this symposium last week. It focussed on health, nutrition and medical applications from algae. We hard from people doing everything from molecular work in model strains through to exploiting the microbiomes from fish to produce novel oligosaccharides. The conference featured speakers from all over Asia, including Japan and Korea, as well as the UK and New Zealand. The Thai's know how to conduct a successful conference, and arguably, Bangkok is the best city in the World!
I even managed to get my Blueview algae made shoes a test in Krabi...they passed the test
